One World Observatory first to use BROADWai’s new customer service platform

Artificial intelligence concierge service BROADWai has integrated with Ingresso to launch an online customer service platform, which is to debut with New York City’s One World Observatory.

The contactless customer service experience, launched with premium experiences firm Legends, aims to expedite the ticketing process and food/beverage experience for consumers looking to return to the attraction at the top of the One World Trade Center.

Through its partnership with Ingresso, a global distribution platform that connects customers with entertainment content, BROADWai’s live AI integration offers a variety of features including contactless ticket purchasing options and capabilities, as well as on-demand answers to a range of questions and venue-specific details such as One World Observatory’s hours of operation and dining options.
